Shipping & Returns

We do not offer exchange of any items from our online store, however you are more than welcome to exchange items in our Hobart store. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase

We do not refund on sale items if you change your mind. When requesting to refund any products that are sealed for hygiene reasons (such as any of our hosiery and sock products) we can only do so if the seal and packaging is still in tact.  All products and/or garments MUST be returned with all tags still attached and in the same condition they were sent in. Refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (within Australia), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We offer two options for shipping: A flat rate $8.00 which will take up to 7-10 working days for delivery or $10.85 for express post which is next day delivery.
